Our dresses are packaged and handled with TLC here at MILA LABEL. We try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible. Processing times can be 1-2 days.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post or DHL Express. Mila Label is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially during high volume seasons.

TAXES & DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer refunds on most of our dresses. Please see the product description to check if your dress qualifies for a refund.
Returns will be accepted if:
o The item is unworn and in original condition.
o The item is not a sale item.
o A return is requested within 7 days from date it was delivered and approved by staff.
o The dress is shipped back within 7 days of the return request.
o Absolutely no returns accepted on items returned to us with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the package will simply be returned back to the customer.
Any credit notes will be issued in the form of a code which can be used at the checkout.
All sale items are final, we therefore do not accept returns on sale items.
All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. If this is the case, we will refund your shipping costs.
To create a return, please email us at returns@milalabel.com.au. We will then send you our return address in Sydney, Australia.
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
In the case that an item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our staff for a reimbursement.
